About the Digital Marketing Program
The local certificate will prepare graduates to efficiently and effectively analyze and communicate with current and potential customers via digital communication, digital advertising, and promotion and eCommerce. Students will develop skills to utilize digital analytical and scientific software and operate customer relationship management. Students will seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace, They will contact and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and habits.

Learn how to plan, budget, design, and implement paid advertising with Facebook banner ads, Google AdWords, and mobile phone GPS based local advertising. Learn email marketing basics including: how to write/send effective newsletters and how to utilize an automated email responder on a website to build an email contact list. Explore utilization of e-commerce on a website. Learn what is involved in becoming a vendor on Facebook Marketplace and Amazon.
