Take the Controls in Electromechanical Technology
Work closely with engineers and electromechanical technicians to perform basic installation, maintenance, and repair activities for industrial electronic and mechanical equipment. If you enjoy working with machines and tools, and prefer technical and physical tasks, this may be the program for you.
“It does require a broad skill set including understanding electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and circuitry as well as a good understanding of programmable logic controllers.”
