We will cover the harvesting process and ways to use plants found all around us to support a healthy lifestyle in the Nicolet College Culinary Lab. Join Nicolet College culinary instructor, Mitch Below and flora/herbalism/fungi professional, Emilymae King on this journey. There will be plenty of opportunities for sampling!
