Students will learn to prepare all types of plants, not only fungi, that grow in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Are you curious about foraging? Maybe you want to know a little more? We will cover the harvesting process and ways to use plants found all around us to support a healthy lifestyle in the Nicolet College Culinary Lab. Join Nicolet College culinary instructor, Mitch Below and flora/herbalism/fungi professional, Emilymae King on this journey. There will be plenty of opportunities for sampling!
