Attention foodies of all ages! Join us for an important conversation with Luke Zahm, restaurant owner, passionate chef, and host of Emmy-winning television series “Wisconsin Foodie.”
Zahm's informal and enlightening chat will draw from his passion for food and will include important topics such as local food sovereignty, family farms, sustainability, local food culture, farmers markets, elevating the food scene, and the role of culinary education. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions, plus taste samosas prepared by Nicolet Culinary Art students during a classroom visit by Zahm earlier in the day.
All ticket sales will be donated to Feed Our Rural Kids (FORK) – providing nutritional support to children from food insecure homes within the Northland Pines, Three Lakes, and Phelps School Districts.
