Take control of your health through engaging wellness classes, led by an instructor with 22 years of emergency medicine experience and training in holistic nutritional therapy. Drawing from a private practice focused on chronic illness, the instructor offers practical, evidence based insights across a range of essential health topics.
Cancellations must be made five days before the initial class session to be eligible for a refund. Nicolet College reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or make any changes to classes as necessary. Age requirement for Community Education classes: Unless otherwise specified in the class description, children under 18 are allowed, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
