Instead of getting stressed out over your taxes, why not learn how to be prepared? This class will help you understand income tax and how the federal and state tax forms work. Learn what information you need and what you don’t need to worry about. Even if you have someone else do your taxes for you, this will help you understand what information they need from you to make tax time as painless and stress free as possible. If you do your own taxes, this will get you started in the right direction.
Jim Pekol is a Staff Accountant at KerberRose, S.C. in Rhinelander and has been preparing individual tax returns for the last 16 years. His prior experience as a middle school teacher gives him the ability to explain things (when necessary) at a 7th grade level, which is perfect for the subject of income taxes.
