MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS

Meditation can lower stress, improve sleep, sharpen focus, reduce blood pressure, and can be experienced in as little as three to five minutes daily. Join us as we explore meditation together. You’ll learn a variety of techniques to calm and center both body and mind and leave with practical tools to successfully incorporate positive changes into your life. The new moon is associated with reflection and inner growth, making this the perfect time to begin your practice. Dress comfortably.
 
Cancellations must be made five days in advance of the initial class session in order to be eligible for a refund to allow for system processing. Nicolet College reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or make any changes to classes as necessary. Age requirement for Community Education classes: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
