Kyle Parish, a detective sergeant with the Rhinelander Police Department, will talk about current scams, the trends of scams that have been successful, and known upcoming scams. He will offer easy strategies that you can use to protect yourself and those you know.
 
Detective Sergeant Kyle Parish has been in law enforcement for 20 years and has been conducting investigations, including scams, for more than 13 years. Originally from southern Wisconsin, Parish has worked for the Rhinelander Police Department for 15 years. He started his career as a community service officer, then became an undercover officer, worked patrol for five years, did drug investigations for five years, and has been a detective sergeant for eight years conducting general crime investigations.
