NUTRITION: THE TRUTHS, THE MYTHS, AND THE JOURNEY
Wednesday, March 11
10:00 AM
Nicolet College, Northwoods Center 207-209
Instructor: Sydney Zettler

Are you ready to launch your health forward? Looking for simplicity, balance, and vitality? Then this class is for you. This isn’t just another talk about diets and exercise. Sydney takes health to a whole new level that brings individuality to this lifestyle approach. You will learn about hidden environmental factors that deplete our health and well-being, food sourcing, nutritionally dense foods, the connection between mental health and physical symptoms, finding simplicity, and incorporating these practices into your busy lifestyle.

Sydney Zettler was born and raised in northern Wisconsin and found her passion in whole body healing after visiting ORGANIQUE for her own health journey. This profound way of healing allowed her to grow spiritually, physically, and emotionally. She yearns to help others visualize and achieve their health goals. Sydney graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Exercise Sport Science and Nutrition. She completed the Advanced Autonomic Response Testing under Dr. Kinghardt at the Sophia Health Institute (Washington) as well as the Professional Clinical Training in Nutrition Response Testing (Florida). Sydney has also trained directly under Ashley Meyer, owner of ORGANIQUE Clinic, for six years, integrating Ashley’s understanding of the environmental, emotional, and spiritual components of health into her own toolbox.
