The student-run Top of the Hill restaurant offers a range of cuisine styles from around the world. As part of their learning curriculum, students of the Culinary program offer unique and delicious food for students, staff, and community members during the Spring Term of each year. Experience new and creative tastes as student chefs create themed menus for delicious lunch buffets.

Making Reservations
We will start taking reservations at 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 10th.
Reservations for the Top of the Hill can be made by calling 715-365-4466 between 9:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m. on most Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. We will be out of town on March 12th, so we will be unable to accept reservations on that day.
Students will be taking your reservations as often as possible to enhance their learning opportunities, and we apologize if we miss your call while they are in class. Reservations are required for most dates and will be taken for seating or pickup between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm in 15-minute increments.
We want to allow as many of our community members as possible to dine at the Top of the Hill, so we kindly request that each person limit their reservations/attendance to one a la carte meal.
Food and Restaurant Practicum students will serve in the Grab and Go Deli on Thursday, April 9th and from the Food Truck on Thursday, April 16th. Reservations are not required for these two dates.
Themed à la carte menus are planned and executed by the students for this class. Various foods and fresh ingredients are incorporated into the menu to fit the day's theme.
If classes at Nicolet College are ever canceled for inclement weather, all services will be canceled for that day and there will not be a make-up service date.
