Instructor: Attorney John Schiek
When it comes to making a will, there are many questions that need to be answered. Attorney John Schiek will delve into some of the complex issues to be considered, such as: What assets will be covered? Who gets our property if there is no will? What about marital property? He will also discuss trusts and probate.
John Schiek is a Rhinelander native and a 1974 graduate of Marquette University Law School. He has been practicing general law in Rhinelander ever since then and raised his family here. John continues to practice but is now semi-retired.
