THE WESTERN ALLIES INVADE HITLER’S EMPIRE

Instructor: Gary Prod
Gary Prod will delve into the history of the allied invasions to free western Europe from Nazi tyranny, including Operation Torch, the invasion of Sicily, Operations Avalanche and Anzio in Italy, and D-Day. Learn how each operation contributed to the Allied victory in World War II.
Gary Prod was a supply chain manager at We-Energies and a guest instructor at the UW Management institute. He authored several articles on contract management, negotiations and outsourcing for the National Association of Purchasing Management. He is now retired and enjoying life as an amateur historian, member of the World War I Historical Association and an active member of Learning in Retirement.
