Discovery Days: Criminal Justice

For ages 16-18
June 16 will be at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office
*Student/parent responsible for daily location transportation

Daily Hands-on Activities Include: 

  • K9 demonstrations
  • Traffic law
  • Overview of specialized teams and tactics
  • Professional communications skills
  • Emergency first aid/Stop the Bleed
  • Corrections
  • Each day will include scenarios that the teen recruits will participate in utilizing skills learned.

DRESS REQUIREMENT: Long pants, closed-toe shoes

Registration opens March 1, 2026 with final registration due June 1. Please register early as class size is limited in each program.

Cost
Thanks to generous donations and community support, these summer programs are being offered this year at the special discounted rate of $20 per course. This support covers all course content, required materials, and lunch.
