Discover the fascinating world of your body’s natural energy—often called qi—and learn simple ways to protect, recharge, and balance it for greater well-being. In this introductory class, you’ll explore the basics of energy flow and how mindful practices can promote harmony and support healing. Through easy-to-understand concepts and practical techniques, you’ll gain tools to help restore balance and feel more centered in everyday life.
Cancellations must be made five days before the initial class session to be eligible for a refund. Nicolet College reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or make any changes to classes as necessary. Age requirement for Community Education classes: Unless otherwise specified in the class description, children under 18 are allowed, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
