+ Saturday, August 15 | 9 — 12 pm (8 sessions)
Tamarack Center 211
Instructor: Ray Butkus
Cost: $150
A unique ceramics experience bridging creativity and cuisine. Primarily an open studio class, you’ll start by creating a simple slab form for fermentation—a perfect blend of functional art and culinary innovation. Once your fermentation piece is complete, the studio is yours! Explore your ideas, experiment with techniques, and bring your vision to life. The class concludes with an exciting session led by culinary instructor
Mitch Below, who will demonstrate how your ceramic creations play a role in fermentation. To top it off, we’ll share a delicious lunch prepared by Chef Mitch, showcasing the artistry of both food and ceramics.
Cancellations must be made five days before the initial class session to be eligible for a refund. Nicolet College reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or make any changes to classes as necessary. Age requirement for Community Education classes: Unless otherwise specified in the class description, children under 18 are allowed, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
