Talk To Someone - As a Nicolet student you have access to free counseling. Our partnership with Transitions Counseling provides you with up to 10 free counseling sessions. Counselors are available to meet in-person at the Transitions Office on the Nicolet Campus. Call 715-365-4448 to schedule an appointment
Sign Up for Headspace - From mini-meditations in the morning to breathing exercises before bed, every minute counts. As a Nicolet student, you can create a FREE Headspace account to help ease stress, set personal goals, and develop healthy habits.
Ask For Help - We have many resources and staff members ready to help our students. From tutoring to financial assistance to disability support, we're here to provide you opportunities to be successful.
Spend Time Outdoors - We're lucky to live in an area that offers so many opportunities to enjoy the fresh air and nature. Take a long stroll around the Nicolet campus or a quick walk anywhere. Even a few minutes outside can boost your mood and change your outlook for the better.
