Students in several manufacturing-oriented programs at Nicolet College will soon move into new, state-of-the-art labs and classrooms to learn the cutting-edge skills in such high demand across the Northwoods.

Citing its strong and broad-based commitment to deliver quality college education, the Aspen Institute has named Nicolet College a national finalist for the $1 million Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence.<

Nicolet College broke ground this summer on a new Public Safety building that will both expand and improve training opportunities for individuals dedicated to providing protective and emergency services.

The Nicolet Players are returning to the stage with DEERS, a play structured as four episodes of a live sitcom. Thirteen actors from Eagle River, Hazelhurst, St. Germain, Rhinelander and Tomahawk will bring to life a cast of animals who frequent a bar in the Cascades.
