CliftonStrengths is an assessment that identifies how you naturally think, work, and interact at your best. When you understand your strengths, you can use them intentionally to choose careers that fit you and work more effectively with others. Sometimes the people who advance the fastest aren’t the ones who know the most. They’re the ones who understand how they contribute and how to work well with others.

In this session you’ll learn how to:

• Understand what your top strengths mean
• Connect your strengths to potential careers
• Talk about your strengths in interviews and networking
• Work more effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Use your strengths to grow and advance in your career
