Student Portfolio Show May 10
April 22, 2016
Student projects that showcase two years of skills training at Nicolet College will be on display at the Student Portfolio Show from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday, May 10, in the Learning Resources Center.
The event will feature projects by students graduating from the Architectural Technology, Early Childhood Education, and Graphic Design associate degree programs.
“It really is the culmination and a celebration of their academic achievement during their time at Nicolet,” said Dean of Liberal Arts and Business Emily Stuckenbruck. “Each student will display a portfolio of work that they’ve created over the past two years showcasing preparation for their career fields.”
Graphic Design students will display a variety of pieces that include posters, brochures, cards, books, and packaging concepts, among others.
Early Childhood Education students will present an assortment of learning activities and lesson plans they created for children up to third grade.
Architecture Technology students will feature their 3-D building designs created on advanced design software.
The Student Portfolio Show is free and open to the public.
