Classical music is thriving as never before through the vitality of the younger generation, including this talented group who represents an exquisite distillation of the best orchestral music in America. You’ll hear afresh the masterworks of Haydn, Dvorak and Schubert through the polished, high energy of violinists Alexander Mandl. Jeanyi Kim and Nathan Hackett and cellist Adrien Zitoun. Mandl, one of the foremost violinists and conductors on the international scene, is concertmaster of the Beloit-Janesville Symphony. Kim, his wife, is assistant concertmaster of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. The accomplished Hackett and Zitoun also are with MSO.

For two decades Rhinelander native David Dall has been delighting children and families with his songs and storytelling. With the CD release of The Box Under the Bed, Dall showcases his versatility and talent for Folk Americana infused with blues and rock in 21 songs written for adults . Tunes like "Jennie Weber," "Drive-in Movie" and "It Really Knows How to Snow in Wisconsin" draw on Dall’s growing-up experiences in the Northwoods. "I write to inspire others to tell their own stories," he says. "It’s all about family, friends, loves and experiences and the preserving of history."
