Striptease Workout

Join this “G” rated class (no clothing will be removed!) to tone up, get stronger, have fun, and improve your self-esteem. Most exercise programs (aerobics, step, spinning, weight lifting) and some dance practices (ballet and tap) teach you to square the hips and keep the body linear and rigid. Water Exercise: Noodlecise

Enjoy exercise in the water with the use of a noodle. The noodle is a dense, foam floatation device that adds an extra twist to a normal water exercise routine.
