The Home Project built by the Nicolet College Building Trades - Carpentry students is currently for sale. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home was designed and constructed to be highly energy efficient using numerous green building materials and construction methods.
The home is offered for sale through a bid process. All bids are due August 10, 2009. The minimum bid is $90,000 and the buyer is responsible for hiring a professional house mover.
