Since last fall, students in Nicolet College’s Building Trades – Carpentry program have been working on numerous aspects of the 5,104-square-foot structure. The home, which is expected to be Energy Star-certified when it is completed, is located on North Shore Drive one-eighth of a mile east of Faust Lake Road.
The Building Trades Program is looking to build another home next year on a contract basis. Anyone looking to have a home built can contact Jeff Labs to discuss the details.
