Employment

Working at Nicolet College means becoming part of a community that strives to transform the lives of others. You'll join an enthusiastic, diverse, and highly qualified team of individuals who are passionate about our mission and the district we serve.

Work in the Beautiful Northwoods

While this video was created for students, we invite you to take a virtual tour of Nicolet to better understand our educational offerings and get a feel for our campus located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.

There are seven academic buildings nestled among 280 acres of natural forest along the shores of beautiful Lake Julia. You’ll be able to enjoy this beauty on a daily basis; walking among the fall leaves, watching the snow gently fall outside your window, catching lunch with co-workers by the lake. It all adds to the experience of being part of the Nicolet College community.

Words from our Employees

When asked, "What is your most prized benefit or favorite part of working at Nicolet?" the following themes emerged from our employees' responses:

  • Serving students
  • Impacting and changing lives
  • Employee benefits and flexibility
  • The campus culture
  • Friendly co-workers
  • Feeling supported and valued

We're proud to share these positive responses and grateful to work with such a wonderful community of people.
